Instead of swiping the card top to bottom, swipe the card from bottom up. Don't know why, BUT it then works/reads my credit card every time! I thought that it may be my card so I waited and let someone else try to rent a DVD. Her Credit card did not work either so I left where should I report the Both out of order? </p>
