			<description>&#60;p&#62;I have had problems finding the movie I want. I will be in the 20 minute line looking at the wall of DVD's available. I get to the kiosk and I try the alphabetical option and for some reason the title isn't under the first letter of its name. Then I try just looking threw the list but at this point people behind me are huffing and puffing. So I get all flustered and pick some crap movie that pops up. Do they have the option to type words from the title and they will find movies with those words in them. If not they need one. It would make my Red Box experience less stress full. Any tricks or tips that can be shared I would be grateful. Also be advised I don't always have access to a computer so reserving a DVD isn't an option.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;I was looking at my bank account balance and it said Redbox charged me yesterday!&#60;br /&#62;
I do rent from Redbox a lot, but I definitely didn't go there yesterday, and no one had my card or anything. This is bad.&#60;/p&#62;
