			<description>&#60;p&#62;Today in my email, I was given a Machine (Location) specific&#60;br /&#62;
code, good for use at that machine only, no sharing.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;For the record, it's tied to a Walgreens location within&#60;br /&#62;
five miles of my house that gets a lot of traffic,&#60;br /&#62;
that I use for returns but not rentals ( as it often&#60;br /&#62;
doesn't have much stocked).&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Could Redbox be trying to drive traffic to specific&#60;br /&#62;
locations to improve numbers on certain kiosk boxes?&#60;/p&#62;

			<description>&#60;p&#62;The people of Stillwater, OK have had problems returning their movies today as all machines either reported that they are full or were not taking any movies in the 9pm time frame.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;This is totally unacceptable and is probably a ploy by Redbox to illegally raise its revenue as few people are going to fight over $1.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Apparently, this problem is happening in other places as well as their facebook has the following complaints:&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;&#34;redbox sucks! I'm now into my 3rd day trying to return movie but the vending boxes are still full. They say &#34;no late fees&#34; but I've now got 3 days worth&#34;&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;&#34;I tried to call the 1 800 number and was no hold for over 10 min before I hung up.&#34;&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;&#34; I tried to return my movie to 5 different locations tonight and all 5 said they were full. What's up with that?&#34;&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;&#34;No longer a fan. Tried to return 2 movies, last night. Drove to 6 diferent boxes, all of them said &#34;sorry - full&#34;. Notified customer service. Finally at 3rd machine I tried today, was able to return the movies, only to get billed an additional night! Geez, they owe me gas money as far as I am concerned! Poor customer service.&#34;&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;&#34;I rented District 9 from the 221 Park Ave #223 location along with two others Julie &#38;amp; Julia and Inglorious Basterds. I was unable to return them to the above address due to the box needing service or something it just refused each time. I went to a 2nd location (Walgreens on Park Ave) and that box was full. I then went... to the Shaws Market at 14 W. Boylston St Worcester MA 01605 and FINALLY was able to return all 3 dvd's.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;However I have ONLY received confirmation emails for Julie and Julia, Inglorious Basterds. District 9 does not appear to have sent a conf of any kind.&#60;br /&#62;
Can someone please review this so that I am not billed further?&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Also can someone please send a technician to the 221 Park Ave #223 location to repair that Red Box as it is closest to me and not functioning correctly.&#60;br /&#62;

&#60;p&#62;PS. I did try to call the 866 733 2693 number however i kept receiving an all circuits busy message.&#34;&#60;/p&#62;

&#60;p&#62;But suddenly, it isn't that enjoyable.  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;It truly has to do with how much time I am having to spend in subfreezing weather just to return and rent videos.  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;In the warmer or even cold months, this is not an issue... but now... as temperatures are not even double digits and often sport negative signs, Redbox has become a bane to my renting existance.  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;We are deciding as of today to up our netflix rental limit for the rest of the winter and stop &#34;redboxing it&#34;.  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Freezing my ass off to return multiple movies will not happen again.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;A warning to other faithful Redbox customers - Redbox may send you free codes, but they will block your account and credit cards if you use them!!!!!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;About a month ago when trying to rent dvd's at several different Redbox machines I kept getting messages on redbox that said &#34;There is a problem with this transaction.  Your card will not be charged&#34;.  This happened regardless of which credit card I tried to use.  It didn't matter whether I was using a free code of whether I was trying to pay fopr a rental.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I called Redbox several times about this and wasted about 2 hours on the phone to them in three calls.  Each time they assured me that they would resolve the problem - that my cards had been blocked because I had used too many free codes, but that they would lift the block.  However they never did.  When I called them again today, and after a 45 minute wait on hold I was rudely informed that my cards were permanently blocked and I was prohibited from renting from Redbox again because I had used too many free codes.  I only used the codes I found on Inside Redbox and from Redbox themselves.  I guess they don't want my business regardless of whether I was willing to pay for rentals or not!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;This is a cheap shot by Redbox.  If they don't want a person to use their free codes they shouldn't send them out!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I used to be one of their biggest fans, butI will never again rent from Redbox, nor will I ever praise them again.    I am advising all my friends and family what an unfair business they run.  Netflix now has my business and support!!!  Redbox can take their business and shove it where the sun doesn't shine!&#60;/p&#62;

The kiosk faced north, but and the sunscreen seemed to help keep the light rain off the touchscreen.  Yesterday I found another site (facing east)that also has a screen. 			<description>&#60;p&#62;Hi..I have been using Redbox for a few years, been pretty happy.&#60;br /&#62;
We rented Up this past Saturday, and returned it Monday afternoon. At 1.00 a day&#60;br /&#62;
the charge wouldve been 2.00. I got an email yesterday stating we returned it yesterday,&#60;br /&#62;
which wouldve added another 1.00 charge. We did not return it yesterday, we returned it Monday. No mistaking this, as we were both working yesterday....&#60;br /&#62;
I tried calling, put on hold for ten minutes. Hung up and sent off an email.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;It's not the dollar, it's the principle. Has this happened to anyone else?&#60;br /&#62;

			<description>&#60;p&#62;Potential normal availability issues aside, this movie doesn't even seem to exist in just about every redbox on the east coast.  I was online at 3am last night waiting for this movie to post, and needless to say I was really annoyed.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Is this another example of that hollywood battle I keep hearing about? Can we expect availability to improve over the next week?&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Note: This was also the case with the new night at the museum movie.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;I reserved 2 movies and got this error message upon checking out on the third movie I attempted to reserve online. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;&#34;Sorry, your have exceeded your rental reservation limit.&#34;&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;When did this go into effect? I can't think of why such a strict limit, since it only takes seconds instead of minutes to get what I need when I reserve. So now if I want more than two, I have to hope they will still be there by the time I get off work.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;In addition to adding to my checkout time, it will delay anyone waiting behind me.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I have been able to reserve four in the past with no issues. I have not needed to reserve more than four so I don't know if there was any limit prior to now.

			<description>&#60;p&#62;Hi all. I'm a fan of the box! I think it was a forward thinking cool idea. I am also a night owl, so renting at 1:00 A.M. is important to me. I am currently using a JVC RS-10 video projector, which is projected on to a 7 foot diagonal screen, viewed at 13 feet. This magnifies every imperfection on a DVD. While the picture still looks excellent because of up conversion, it doesn't quite have the BLAM factor of BD. BD, on this rig looks STUNNING, so when I rent, I hit Blockbuster first, and try to find whatever title that I want on BD first. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Here is my idea to get them to put Blu-ray in to their machines: From a business viewpoint, if they rent out all of the titles on a Tues. anyway, why bother with BD which will have less potential customers? Help me out here people! So my idea to get them to do it would be a financial incentive. I would be willing to pay 1/2 dollar or maybe even a dollar more for BD. Hopefully the daily late charges would remain the same. That would still be a great price. What do you all think? How can we get them to include some BD? I live in a suburb of Chicago, where most of the kiosks are at Jewel Foods. I have never yet seen a BD disk in our area. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Any ideas to tell the powers that be at Red Box?
