Your method of displaying the available selection on your website is agonizingly slow. If I’m looking to see if you have “Troy”, I just want to key in “Troy” and get a reply showing where it’s available. Or, at least, display the titles in a simple compact alphabetic list, so that lots of titles fit on a page. Then I just click on the one I want and you show me the details. Clearly, slowness of your process is your customers’ most common gripe. A dollar is nice, but a dollar plus aggravation is too expensive.

It would be good to have a sign suggesting letting returners ahead of the line – it’s not just a benefit to the returner, as they might just have the movie you want.

I would like to see a slightly later return time too, but midnight is not necessary.

I totally agree, and it’s like you didn’t rent for a day but 2 or 3 days if that’s the case I could rent at my local grocery store, where I know it’s close and doesn’t close as early and has a late nite drop for movies….As does Blockbuster and Hollywood Video…However; I still think is a good idea but needs to work out some quirks.

I would like to see Redbox have a later return time. Returning a movie(s) by 7 p.m. is hard to do. If Redbox had a later return time like 10:00 p.m. it would be more convenient for people. I would also like to see more movie selections.

Our Redbox/Mcdonalds location lock it’s doors at 10:00Pm, making it impossible to rent or return a movie after 10:00. I wish they could all be kept in an easier to access locations that you can get to late at night. I noticed some of them are located outside of the store, why not others?
