For those out there who don’t know. Blu-ray does not have an “e” in it and it is NOT a DVD and will not play in DVD players, but DVD’s WILL play in a Blu-ray player.

If you check around, you can find the larger Blu-ray titles for close to the same price as a DVD. Wal-Mart stores have G.I. Joe on Blu-ray for $19.96 which is the same price as the single DVD (they did this with Transformers, Ice Age and Wolverine.) The 2-Disc DVD is $21.96 at Wal-Mart so you know they are pushing Blu-ray. Best Buy has also had some great prices on the new releases as well.

Why don’t they just find a way to bring down blue-ray dvd prices instead i mean $30 for a movie is so crazy knowing Best Buy it will be over priced anyway

I’d rather them focus on more competitive Blu-ray pricing.
