I am deaf and need subtitles. Problem: I read to see if there are subtitles and it says subtitles AVAILABLE in Spanish. This leads me to believe I can have subtitles in English OR Spanish. I have wasted a few dollars because I cannot hear the movie and I cannot read the subtitles in Spanish. I won't be renting anymore if I don't know for sure if I can get English subtitles. I live in the USA and while I think subtitles should be in different languages, subtitles in English should be a given in this country. I rent a lot of Redbox movies and I have a complaint.
