Seems like nearly every week there’s news of new content being added to Amazon’s Prime Instant Video service.

The latest addition will add nearly 3,000 titles to Amazon’s library, further closing the content gap with Amazon’s streaming rival Netflix.

The Epix deal will give Amazon the same Epix content that Netflix currently enjoys, and will include titles such as The Avengers and The Hunger Games.
Analyst Tony Wible of Janney Capital Markets said the following of the deal:
“This deal puts a significant dent in hopes of a potential acquisition of Netflix by Amazon, given that the Epix content is among the most expensive and Amazon would not likely want to pay twice for the same content . . . With the Epix deal, competition will intensify for Netflix, particularly on the movie side.”
Is the line between Netflix’s and Amazon’s streaming content offerings blurred enough that you would consider one over the other, Insiders?

Amazon does not have C.C on the streaming set up.. Closed Caption..
So thay are out the door for me.. And I will sit tight with NetFlix.
I agree. Without CC, I have no interest.
Uh, NetFlix streaming doesn’t have CC either.
there are 176 pages of films with closed caption or subtitles.
